Quality Signs

Our Homeowners Association needed new signage after ours was damaged. Quality Signs was great to work with, and produced signage for us that upgraded the whole look of our entrance. They were great about fine tuning the lighting as needed for better illumination. A work in progress that turned out great! Thank you!

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I spent $4000 to have them fix my business's neon sign. They wouldn't give me proper scope, and came and the work to only fix half of the sign. The half they fixed stoped working in couple of weeks, and when we called they asked for more money to come take a look. On top of that Christy Pierce spoke so rudely to my father, perhaps because his English is broken and took advantage of him by indicating one type of service and charging for another.

The quality of the sign was good. However, service and customer care were​ not. Very difficult to get a response for service, both​ via email and phone call. Incomplete service at the end. Would not recommend for bigger projects.
