Two techs installed five casement windows in my basement recently. First, a welcome addition as the existing windows were installed new in 1948 (govt. home). Excellent craftsmanship, any questions answered clearly, and a great job of post cleanup. The product is of sound quality. Double pane, gas filled, and designed to keep heat where it belongs. In all, very satisfied with competitive pricing, too. Would recommend this company to anyone!!

I used Perfection Glass for the windows in my new home. The windows were perfect, except for they sent one window in a completely different style. It took them two months and multiple tries to get the window right--and it was not a subtle difference--all the rest had a grid pattern and this one did not. I did not receive an invoice during this time, but apparently they had sent an invoice to the construction manager, not me. I had arranged for the job and expected to get the bill--but to pay it in full until after the job was finished correctly. I talked with billing, made arrangements and had made partial payment earlier, and then about an hour later got a call from Robert saying they would put a lien on my house and initiated sending me to collections--on the day that the job was finally completed correctly!! I had not hardly talked with them before and had gotten no bills, so there was no conflict and I had never been impolite to them. I went in and paid my bill in full, but I still had to clean up that mess they had made in initiating collections. I was very happy with the product--after they finally did it right, and with the very helpful salesman. My problem was in the aggressiveness of Robert in demanding payment on the day of finishing the job and in his initiation of collections and threats of a lien, even after I had made arrangements with billing and done a partial payment. I don't know if it is because I had only one house for them to do--but my order was a large order. I would like to avoid them in the future. I do not appreciate being aggressively man-handled like Robert did. They did take the interest off of the bill that had been accumulating over the two months I had been waiting for them to get the job done right, but I am still left with a very bitter taste after dealing with them.

They go out of their way to take care of my issues or concerns. I use them for windows, sliding doors, shower doors, mirrors, and deck railing. I highly recommend Perfection Glass.

They were timely, patient, attended to details and took time to discuss our options. My only complaint was with installation: did not do adequate cleanup and scratched the entry wood floor. The window job looks great and they followed up on all inquiries.
