We started looking for homes about a year ago with Jeremy Asmus through Kenmore and appreciated him so much on our way to finding the perfect house! He was always on our side and helped make our first home buying experience as simple and stress-free as possible. He was fantastic about answering all our questions and giving us good advice. Jeremy was always available for home tours on a moments notice. He was prompt with his responses and always seemed prepared. We would recommend him to anyone!

I recently joined the Kenmore team because I was tired of being a property manager. I brought them a completely remodeled property. Everything was freshly painted inside and out. When I walked through it with them, we discussed how they would be a little move in cleaning cleaning, since everything was brand new. I expected that agreement to be honored

When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. I had a witness with me before they cleaned and took pictures so I disputed this claim.

Kenmore operations refuses to do any kind of dispute, resolution, even though we discussed the lower cleaning rate, New customers might want to check out the dispute resolution process as so far my emails are ignored by the operations manager, with no response after disputing for two months. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements.

I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there. I am just I'm unhappy about the lack of dispute resolution and complete lack of communication regarding my concern. I guess I'm just supposed to suck it up when they thrust bills on me that I don't agree with.

The Kenmore Team of agents helped us every step of the way to sell our home. The agents are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our sale went off without a hitch.

David was an excellent realtor and the best one that we have worked with to date! He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us! He was also very responsive, even outside of regular business hours. I would recommend David Price and the Kenmore team to anyone interested in buying/selling their home!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this management company and especially Julie Collins, she will ignore your service requests. Completely forget about conversations you have had with her regarding upcoming rental renewals and do not care about anything but the homeowner's perspective when it comes to renewals regardless of your credit, your rental history, or the condition of the home. A company only out for the homeowner, not the renter don't waste your time with this company.

Cindy was great, it was our first time buying a house so my wife and I didn't know what to look for in our future Home. Cindy was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions, she showed us houses within different price ranges and she explained what to look for in a house. When we found the right house she helped us with the negotiates. Then when we signed the contract cindy and Holly helped us to close on the house, it was extremely smooth process, they followed up on all the repairs we requested and all the inspections.
I highly recommend working with Cindy Patrick.

We had such an incredible experience working with Tyson and his team. Tyson was readily available to show us homes last minute and was very knowledgeable about the different areas and provided us with great advice. Tyson and his team were very communicative during the closing process and were always willing to answer our questions. I would highly recommend them.
