When he isn't working, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is often on the move between his kids’ activities and sporting events. He also enjoys coaching, snowboarding, mountain biking, and golfing—often joking that his goal is simply to see how many points he can rack up on the scoresheet. Passionate about his community, he’s actively involved in his church and loves playing guitar and singing whenever he gets the chance.
